Hair Colour disaster

hi I have been using nice n easy colour for years always the same colour with no problems. I decided to go for a different blonde mine was very blonde, this colour was natural medium blonde, well my hair looks grey with reddish tinge. What can I do next?

Need more information like what tone was on the box was it warm or ashh where is the the reddish tinge roots ends middle what and when you usually do your color are you doing just the roots or are you pulling to the rest of the hair
