hair color help

my hairdresser, colored my hair a nice bronze/brown color. I went recently and had a texturizer put on and a touch up on my color to cover the grey, this time my color came out red. I hate it what happened, what can i use to get back to the bronze/brown I'm thinking about doing this myself, what did she do wrong. | ||

Does your hairdresser know you don't like the colour this time? If not, speak to her about it. I'd be careful before you attempt to change this yourself. If you do try a home dye, make sure you do a patch test on an area you can't see - mayne nehind your ear - to ensure that it doesn't go horribly wrong.
