Flat Shoes

I'm off to Vegas in April for a week and need some comfy but fashionable shoes, as i'll be doing a lot of walking. I'm not really a flat shoe kinda girl, so need help on what you'd suggest? On normal hols i'd wear sandells/ flip flops, but not sure if i need something a bit more substantial, as will be walking further than down to the pool.

Can i wear red?

Hi, I've seen a lovely dress on ASOS which is avilable in red or black. I love the red one but don't know if i can get away with red? I have blonde hair and reasonably pale skin (however, prob would be slightly tanned when wearing the dress). The model looks great in red but has olive skin and dark hair and features. Should i go for it? Or be safe and boring in black?

Fringe

Hi. I have quite thin, blonde, shoulder length hair and sometimes wear extensions. I need it trimming but can't decide what to do about a fringe - full fringe, sweeping, no fringe?? Any ideas and advice would be great. By the way I wear my hair in all kinds of ways - straight, curly, up. Thanks x
